Home for the Holidays

Home for the holidays is a song that for many of us brings joy and warm memories of holidays spent with friends and family together at home. And yet we have neighbors right here in Midland County who can't see this joy but instead are worrying about the roof over their head and are in desperate need of a safe, stable, affordable place to live. That's where we come in.

For the past 30 years, Midland County Habitat for Humanity has helped low-income families realize dreams of home ownership by bringing people together to build and revitalize decent, energy efficient, affordable homes, bringing the sentiment of home for the holidays to life for these families in need. In these 30 years, we have served more than 80 families through home ownership and more than 200 families through revitalization and repair on their homes right here in Midland.

We hope that this holiday season is merry and bright for all, and want to thank you for your generous support of our mission and vision over the past 30 years. We cannot do what we do without volunteers and supporters like you! And we are so thankful for each and every one of you.

Now, together, let's bring meaning to home for the holidays.

This season, help us celebrate our 30^th anniversary and bring hope to our neighbors by doing one or all of the following:

• Pledge to make a $30 or more monthly donation* commitment for all of 2019, or donate the amount of your choosing.
• Donate 30+ household items you no longer need to our ReStore to help further fund our mission and vision.
• Volunteer 30+ hours of your time on our construction sites, in our ReStore or on one of our committees in 2019.
